Photographing a birth has to be one of the most amazing experiences that I’ve had as a photographer. The challenge was that I had no option to retake any photo. This was as real and live as it gets. Going into a room where you have no control on your surroundings, having to be sensitive to the situation, and rolling with whatever came my way. But this isn’t my story. It’s Beth’s.
Beth from The Bump to Baby Chapter absolutely owned this birth. With just gas and air and a focus that was beyond my comprehension, it was so empowering to witness. She runs hypnobirthing classes in Cheltenham and is one of the most straight up people that I know.
